Yes that is the same Jan Robinson that told (see her correspondence to members at bottom of page, can you trust ANYTHING Dogs Victoria tell you as a member)members a big porky regarding any the conditions of any further progression with the ridiculous Vet Clinic proposal. Ummm so who authorised further spending just recently, despite not seeking approval from the members as she stated in writing…

…but then again she does control the “mute” button.

What a great laugh it is with basically nothing ever progressed or if so it was a financial disaster…

…so nothings changed at Dogs Victoria!

Most disturbingly however, in the report however is the breakdown of the weaknesses of Dogs Victoria that identify incompetence and corruption among the slew of weaknesses and failings

Seriously, take the time to read each and every weakness identified in 2020 and and look at the state of Dogs Victoria now as a result. Nothing has changed has it?

• Committees interference and formation of sub-committees of clearly ‘business functions’
that should be under the guise of the CE and management team.

• Lack of corporate governance and compliance training throughout the organisation from the
MC through to committees and administration staff
• Facilities that are overgrown, overrun and not ‘fit for purpose’ of future events

• Reliance on current membership fees and members for ‘additional funds’
• Lack of membership transparency


• Lack of committee accountability to members – perceived


• Current lack of corporate, financial, commercial & legal experience from the members on the
committees that ultimately provide the oversight & approvals for the organisation.

• Lack of brand presence or clear Mission, Vision or Objectives


• Staff have ‘no idea’ collectively what ‘Dogs Victoria is!


• Intervention of ‘powerful’ members, within the organisation that influence registrations,

• Ideals that are predicated on what the ‘organisation was’ not what it is now.


• Lack of administration staff morale, collaboration and strategic alignment
• Lack of systems and processes to align and allows the business for success.


• Regional members are feeling ‘left behind’ and ‘disengaged’.
